Apartment House Rules

1. Introductory Provisions

This house rules document regulates the accommodation conditions in the Nezábudka apartment (hereinafter referred to as the “apartment”) and is binding for all accommodated guests.

By staying in the apartment, the guest agrees to these house rules and undertakes to comply with them.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in (arrival): from 2:00 PM
  • Check-out (departure): until 10:00 AM

Earlier check-in or later check-out is only possible upon prior agreement with the operator.

3. Accommodation and Guest Conduct

Guests are required to:

  • behave in a manner that prevents damage to the apartment property
  • observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
  • maintain order and cleanliness

It is prohibited in the apartment to:

  • disturb others with excessive noise
  • damage the apartment equipment or furnishings
  • engage in illegal activities

4. No Smoking

  • The apartment is non-smoking.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the apartment.

In case of violation, the operator reserves the right to charge a penalty fee or cleaning costs.

5. Pets

  • The apartment is not intended for pets.

Accommodation with animals is not permitted unless expressly agreed in advance.

6. Number of Guests

The apartment may only be used by persons listed in the reservation.

It is not permitted to accommodate additional persons without the operator’s consent.

7. Liability for Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment property during their stay.

In case of damage, the guest is obliged to reimburse the full amount of the damage.

8. Safety

Guests are required to:

  • lock the door when leaving the apartment
  • switch off electrical appliances
  • follow basic safety rules

The operator is not responsible for:

  • loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings

9. Complaints

In the event of any deficiencies, the guest is obliged to contact the operator immediately so that the situation can be resolved.

10. Final Provisions

The operator reserves the right to amend these house rules.

The current version is always available on the website or directly in the apartment.

These house rules enter into force on: 01 March 2026
